What Are the Different Team Member Roles on Ainfluencer, and What Permissions Does Each Role Have?

acmp-rewritten

Today there is one level of access, not several. Every team member is an Admin and has the same access to your brand as you do, apart from a short list of settings pages.

Roles are not available yet. You may have read elsewhere, including on older versions of these help pages, that you can assign a Campaign Manager, Finance Manager or Analyst role with different permissions. That feature is marked coming soon in the product and is not live. Every team member you add today is an Admin with the same access as you, including payments and your wallet. Only invite people you would trust with your budget.

The owner is the only person who can open the brand profile, change the brand’s logo or name, or change the account’s password and email notification settings. Everything operational is shared.

What this means in practice
A team member can spend money. They can pay for an offer from your wallet. There is no view-only or finance-free level of access today.
A team member can pause or delete a campaign.
A team member acts as the brand. Creators see your brand, not their name.
You can remove them instantly. Removal logs them out of every session at once.
Important
If you need someone to see reports without being able to spend, the honest answer today is that Ainfluencer cannot restrict that yet. Until roles ship, the safe approach is to only add people you would trust with the budget, and to remove access as soon as a project ends.
Who cannot be added at all
An email already registered as a creator. You will see a message saying that address belongs to an influencer and cannot be added.
Someone already invited, or already a member.
Suspended or deleted accounts.
