acmp-rewrittenNot by yourself, no. For security, email changes on Ainfluencer are made by our team, not from a settings page. This is true for brands and creators, on web and in the app, and it is true even before your email has been verified.
Please note
If you have read somewhere that you can change it under Edit Account, that is not correct and it will not work. The field is locked on every screen and the change is refused by the server even if you find a form that looks editable.
What you will actually see if you try

That message is the product working as designed. It is not a bug on your account and trying again will not change the result.
How to get your email changed

Tell us the email currently on the account, including the mistyped one if that is the problem.

Tell us the correct email you want to use.

We update it. If you were stuck before verification, we can also mark the account verified so you can log in straight away without waiting for another code.
Good to know
Mistyped your email at sign-up and the code is going nowhere? That is the most common reason for this request and it is quick to fix. Do not create a second account: the address you meant to use would then be taken by the new account, which makes it harder to sort out. Just send us both addresses.
Before you ask, two things worth checking
Everyone who logs in will use the new address. If you have team members or a connected Shopify store, tell them, because the login email changes for the account.
If you also use the affiliate side of Ainfluencer, mention it when you write in. Affiliate accounts are matched to your Ainfluencer account by email, so we will check that the two stay linked rather than splitting into two separate accounts.
Why this helps you
Your email is the key to your wallet. Campaign budgets sit in escrow in your Ainfluencer wallet until a creator delivers and you approve, so whoever controls the email effectively controls real money. Routing changes through a human is a deliberate protection against account takeover, not an oversight.
