How to Verify Your Email During Brand Account Setup?
Nothing in your account works until your email is confirmed, so this is the one step you cannot skip. It takes under a minute, and there are two ways to do it.

Step by step

Finish the sign-up form. We email you immediately.

Open the email with the subject Ainfluencer Verification Code. If it is not in your inbox, check Spam, Junk and Promotions.

Either click Verify in the email, or type the 5 digit code into the verify screen and click Verify.

You will see Verify success and be taken to onboarding.
Good to know
Codes never expire. If you requested several, any of them still works, including the first one. There is no need to hunt for the newest email. The only thing that expires is the one-click link, which stops working after it has been used once.
If the code does not arrive

| The 60 second timer | Resend unlocks 60 seconds after the last send. The screen counts down for you |
| Your Google account | If your address is a Gmail address, go back and use Continue with Google instead. That confirms your email automatically and skips codes entirely |
Important
If you mistyped your email, you cannot correct it yourself. For security, email changes are made by our team only. Contact support with the address you typed by mistake and the correct one, and we will update it and mark the account verified so you can carry straight on. Do you need to verify your phone number too?
No. We ask brands for a phone number at sign-up and we store it, but there is no SMS verification step anywhere in the product. Email is the only confirmation there is.
