How Many Campaigns Can You Set Up Under One Profile?
acmp-rewritten
There is a limit, and it is worth understanding before you plan your quarter. Your plan sets how many campaigns you can hold at the same time, not how many you can create in total.
Please note
You may have read that you can create as many campaigns as you like. That is not correct. If you are at your plan’s limit, you will see an upgrade prompt as soon as you click Let’s Go to start a new campaign.
What counts toward the limit
| Campaign state | Uses a slot? |
|---|---|
| Live and approved | Yes |
| Pending Approval, waiting for our review | Yes |
| Draft, not yet submitted | No |
| Rejected | No |
| Expired | No |
So a campaign sitting in the review queue is taking up a slot even though nobody can see it yet. That surprises people, and it is the usual reason a brand hits the limit sooner than expected.
If you have run out of slots
Pause or delete a campaign you have finished with. This is the fastest fix and costs nothing.
Upgrade your plan for more slots.
Check for forgotten campaigns. Paid collaborations have no end date, so an old one stays live and keeps its slot until you pause it.
Good to know
Only the account owner’s plan counts. If a team member creates a campaign, it uses the owner’s slots, not theirs.
Your exact number of slots depends on your plan. You can see it on your subscription page, and the upgrade prompt tells you what each plan includes.
Why this helps you
Campaigns having no end date is genuinely useful: a good brief keeps attracting offers for months with no further work from you. The trade is that it keeps its slot until you pause it, so it is worth a quick review of your campaign list every month to close the ones that have done their job.
