How Do You Know If There Are Issues With Your Post During Review?

acmp-rewritten

Partly through notifications, and partly not at all, which is the important half. Some outcomes are announced and some you have to go and look for.

The gap to know about
No warning is sent before a deal is refunded for not being approved. Your card keeps reading Published & Waiting Approval and the brand’s side keeps reading Published right up until the refund happens. This is the single biggest reason a good delivery ends up unpaid, so check your deals rather than waiting to be told.
So check actively
1
Open the deal from your inbox, not the Scheduler.
2
Read the label on the offer card. That is the authoritative status.
3
Check your email, including spam. A brand disapproval arrives only by email.
4
If it has read Published & Waiting Approval for days, message the brand and ask them to approve.
5
If they do not respond, contact support and ask an admin to review it.
If the brand disapproved

You have not lost the payment. The money stays held and the brand is only refunded 14 days after the deal’s start date. Fix what they asked for, submit the new link from the deal card, and the deal goes back to waiting for approval. See what happens when a brand is not satisfied.

Good to know
Keep notification permissions on and stay subscribed to email. Several of the outcomes above reach you through only one channel, so turning one off means missing them entirely.
Why this helps you
Everything in the table has somewhere you can look it up: the offer card in your inbox is always current, even where a notification was never sent. Checking it takes seconds and removes all the guesswork.
