How is AI Used to Create a Campaign?
There are two separate AI helpers in campaign creation and they do different jobs. Knowing which is which saves confusion, because one of them has a hard usage limit.

Important
The title and description writer can be used twice per campaign. After that you will see that the limit is reached. You can still edit the text by hand, or click Use Templates for a worked example, so you are never stuck. Use the two generations as a starting point rather than a slot machine.
Getting a better result from it
Fill in the brief first. The AI writes from the answers you have already given, so a complete brief produces a far better title.
You can give it your website URL, and it will use your site to understand your product.
Always read it before you submit. It is a draft written from your inputs, not a finished advert, and your campaign goes to human review before it goes live.
Good to know
If you are a team member rather than the account owner, the AI button will return an error. Ask the owner to generate the text, or write it yourself. See team member limitations.
Why this helps you
The Shopify pre-fill is the bigger time saver of the two. Choosing a product and letting it build the brief turns what is normally twenty minutes of writing and image uploading into a couple of clicks, and you can still edit everything afterwards or skip the AI entirely with Skip AI and Continue.
