How to Send Instagram Insights to Brands?

The best way to share your Instagram insights with brands on Ainfluencer is by uploading them during the onboarding process. This ensures your insights are always visible to brands right from your profile—so they don’t have to request them in the chat.

Here’s how to upload your insights to your profile:

  1. Log in to your Ainfluencer account and go to your profile.

  2. Choose the Instagram account you’ve already connected and want to activate.

  3. Tap “Edit Profile” to start or continue the onboarding process

  4. Reach to Step 10: Upload Instagram Insights or TikTok Analytics.

Upload clear screenshots from your Instagram analytics, showing key data from the last 30–90 days. These should include:

    • Gender breakdown

    • Age ranges

    • Top locations (cities and countries)

    • Interests or engagement metrics

Once uploaded, these insights will be publicly displayed on your Ainfluencer profile. This makes it easier for brands to evaluate your audience and reach—without having to ask for the data in private messages.

Can You Still Send Insights in the Chat?

Yes, there’s also an option to send insights directly inside the chat with a brand.

This is helpful in cases where:

  • You didn’t upload insights during onboarding.

  • The insights on your profile are outdated, and a brand wants more recent data.

When a brand requests updated insights, you can simply upload your most recent analytics screenshots in the chat thread to keep the conversation moving.

Note 1 : Keeping your profile insights up to date increases your chances of getting noticed and booked by brands faster—so we recommend updating them every 1–3 months.

Note 2: After uploading your insights on your profile, your account will be reviewed by the support team and after approval, you can start reaching out to brands for collaborations.

Note 3: Make sure your Instagram account is set up as a Business or Creator account. Insights are only available for professional accounts.

Why putting them on your profile beats sending them

Insights on your profile are visible to every brand browsing, without anyone having to ask. Insights sent in a chat are seen by one brand, once, and only after they already decided to talk to you.

What makes a screenshot useful
Cover the last 30 to 90 days. Older data invites the question of what changed.
Include the whole panel, with the date range visible. A cropped number with no context reads as cherry-picked.
Keep it readable. A dark, angled photo of a screen is worse than no screenshot.
Show the unflattering numbers too. A brand who finds the real figure later stops trusting all of them.
Important
Do not edit the numbers. Brands ask for live insights before paying, and a figure that does not match what they are shown ends the deal and is a guideline breach.
Good to know
Refresh them when your audience shifts. Your audience country mix in particular changes who you are matched with, and stale insights keep you in the wrong searches.
Keep your follower count current too

Open Profile, tap the three dots on the account card and choose Sync with my Instagram. You can sync once every 24 hours, and Instagram accounts are refreshed automatically about once a month.

Why this helps you
Audience data is the one thing a brand cannot infer from your posts, and it is what justifies your price. A creator with 8,000 engaged followers in the right country beats one with 80,000 in the wrong one, but only if the brand can see it.
