How to Request Insights from Influencers?
acmp-rewritten
Insights are screenshots of a creator’s own audience statistics, taken from Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics or YouTube Analytics. You ask for them in the chat, and they tell you who actually sees that creator’s posts.
The limit worth knowing
Each deal allows one insight request. Use it when you actually need the numbers rather than out of habit. If you need newer screenshots later, just ask the creator in the chat and the same button will show you the latest ones they upload.
How to request them
1
Open the Offers tab.
2
Click View Offer on the deal you are working on.
3
Go to the Chat with that creator.
4
Click the chart icon next to the message box.
5
The request is sent, and you will see a confirmation.
Insights are not the same as post analytics
| Insights | Post analytics | |
|---|---|---|
| What they are | Screenshots the creator uploads from their own app | Likes, comments, views and saves |
| Where they come from | The creator, when you ask | Collected automatically by Ainfluencer from the delivered post |
| What they tell you | Audience age, gender, location and reach | How this particular post performed |
| When to use | Before you commit, to check the audience is yours | After delivery, to judge the result |
What to look for in the screenshots
Audience country. The single most common mismatch. A great creator whose audience is in the wrong country sells nothing.
Audience age and gender, against who actually buys your product.
Reach against follower count. If reach is a small fraction of followers, the audience is not seeing their posts.
Story views, if your campaign is Stories. Story reach is often very different from feed reach.
Why this helps you
Asking for insights before you pay is the cheapest risk reduction available on the platform. Your money sits in escrow either way, but a two minute look at the audience breakdown is what stops you paying for reach in a country you do not sell in.
