How to Verify Your Payouts Have Been Processed: A Guide for Influencers
acmp-rewritten
In the Payouts tab of your Wallet. Every request has its own record there, with its status and, for crypto, a transaction hash you can verify yourself.
Where to look
1
Open the app and go to Profile.
2
Tap Wallet.
3
Open the Payouts tab. Each request is listed with its status.
4
Tap a payout to see where it was sent and, for crypto, the transaction hash. Tap the hash to copy it.
What each status means
Processing
Sent, waiting for our finance team to pay it
Completed
Paid. The destination and, for crypto, the transaction hash are shown
Rejected
Not paid. The reason is under Details and the money is back in your wallet
On the deal itself, a paid-out deal shows Payout Made. You also get an in-app notification when a payout is marked paid, though no email or push is sent for it, so the Payouts tab is the place to check.
Verifying a crypto payout yourself
Copy the transaction hash from the payout and paste it into the block explorer for that network. It shows the amount, the destination address and the time, independently of us. That is stronger proof than any receipt we could send you.
If it says Completed but nothing arrived
1
Open the payout and check the destination shown on it: the PayPal email or the wallet address.
2
Compare it with the account you expected. A request keeps the address it was sent with, so an old address may be on it.
3
For crypto, look the transaction hash up on the network’s explorer.
4
If the destination is right and nothing arrived, contact support with the payout date and the destination.
Good to know
If you need a formal receipt for accounting, ask support. The Payouts tab is the live record; a receipt is something we can send on request.
Why this helps you
Having the destination and a verifiable hash on every record means you never have to take our word for a payment. You can check it on chain yourself, at any time.
