How to Send an Offer to Brands?

Follow this step-by-step guide to effectively send offers to brands and businesses:

1. Log in and Explore Campaigns
Log into your Ainfluencer account and head to the Explore tab. Browse through a variety of campaigns tailored to different niches, and select one that matches your interests or expertise.

2. Click “Make an Offer”
Once you find a suitable campaign, click the “Make an Offer” button. This will direct you to the campaign’s detailed page, where you can review all the requirements, deliverables, and expectations.

3. Review and Customize Your Offer
On the detailed campaign page, you’ll find all the information about the campaign, such as the brand’s goals, content type, and collaboration requirements. Review these details carefully, then click Make an Offer to proceed to the offer submission page.

4. Fill Out Your Offer Details
On the offer submission page, you can provide the following:

  • Set a Delivery Date/Time: Choose when you’ll deliver the content.
  • Enter Your Proposed Price: Suggest a fair price for completing the campaign, reflecting the value of your work.
  • Topics You Post About: Highlight the main themes or topics your content focuses on to show relevance.
  • Describe Your Audience: Include key details about your audience, such as demographics, interests, and preferences.
  • Type of Collaboration: Clearly specify the type of collaboration you’re offering, like unboxing videos, shoutouts, or posts.
  • Account Insights: Share important metrics, such as engagement rates, audience size, and any relevant growth trends.
  • Past Collaborations: Provide examples of previous work to demonstrate your expertise and ability to deliver quality results.

These details help brands understand your value and make your offer more compelling.

5. Submit Your Offer

After completing all the required fields, review your offer to ensure it’s accurate and compelling. Once you’re satisfied, click “Save and Continue” to submit your offer to the brand.

Your offer will be sent for review, and the brand will get back to you if they’re interested in collaborating!

Pro Tips for Crafting a Strong Offer:

  • Showcase Your Uniqueness: Highlight what sets your Instagram account apart, such as your audience demographics, engagement rate, or niche expertise.
  • Offer Additional Value: Include extras like bonus posts, Stories, or clickable links to make your proposal more appealing to the brand.
  • Back It Up with Data: Support your claims with evidence, such as account insights, performance metrics, or screenshots of past successful collaborations.

These tips can help you stand out and increase your chances of securing the collaboration!

Negotiation and Payment:

Negotiation: Brands may accept your offer or counter it with a different proposal. Respond professionally and promptly to finalize the deal and build a strong relationship.

Payment Process:

Once your offer is accepted, the payment is securely held in Influencer Trust until the campaign is successfully completed.
Make sure to meet all campaign requirements, including the publish date, content duration, post type, and any specific URL or tagging requests.

Note: Ainfluencer holds payments in escrow for up to 7 days after campaign delivery. Once the delivery is approved by the brand or Ainfluencer compliance team, funds are released to your wallet. Withdrawals to PayPal or Stripe are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month.

After Publishing:

The platform monitors your post for 48 hours to ensure compliance with campaign terms.
Funds are released to your wallet within five days after successful delivery of the campaign.

Post Removal: If requested, you may delete the post after the agreed-upon timeframe without impacting the payment.

This process ensures smooth and secure collaboration between you and the brand.

What happens after you send it
Step 1
You send the offer
Brand sees it in their inbox
›
Step 2
Brand accepts
Status becomes Waiting Payment
›
Step 3
Brand pays
Money goes into escrow, not to you yet
›
Step 4
You post and submit
Then the brand approves and you are paid

Your money is committed before you make anything. When the brand pays, the amount moves into escrow and is held by Ainfluencer. That is the whole reason to keep a deal on platform.

Reminders you will get once it is paid

Push reminders are scheduled at 72, 24, 12, 6 and 3 hours before your delivery date, so a missed deadline is rarely a surprise.

The thing to understand about getting paid
There is no automatic approval. Payment is released only when the brand or an Ainfluencer admin approves your delivery. If nobody approves, the deal fails and the money goes back to the brand. Posting on time is necessary but it is not sufficient.
Pricing your offer
Quote the full price you want. Your wallet shows the full offer price; the Ainfluencer fee, normally 20%, is taken at withdrawal.
Price the deliverable, not the post. A reel with a hook, a product shot and a link in bio is more work than a static image.
Do not undercut yourself to win a first deal. Brands often come back, and they come back at the price you set.
Important
Do not share contact details or take payment off platform before the offer is paid. Off platform there is no escrow, so if the brand disappears your work is gone and we cannot help you.
Why this helps you
A personalised offer that quotes the brief back is the single highest leverage thing you control. Brands receive dozens of generic ones, so naming the product and the angle you would use puts you in a much smaller pile.
