How to Have Access to Your Wallet?
acmp-rewritten
Your wallet and everything about your money live on the Payments and Billing page, reached from your profile menu.
How to get there
1
Log in to the web dashboard.
2
Open the profile menu in the top right.
3
Choose Payments and Billing.
4
You land on the Wallet and transactions tab.
There is also a wallet balance in the top banner on most pages, with an Add funds shortcut.
What is on the page
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Wallet balance | Your spendable balance, with Add funds and your top-up history |
| Where your money is | Total spent, held in escrow, paid to creators, refunded to you, and credits received |
| Transactions | Every deal with the creator, campaign, amount, date and status |
| Default card | Add or manage your saved cards |
| Subscription and billing | The other tab, for your plan |
The transaction statuses
On Hold in Escrow
Paid, held for the creator, not yet released
Transferred To Influencer Wallet
Released after your approval
Paid Out to Influencer
Ainfluencer has paid them out
Refunded To Brand Wallet
Returned to you
Good to know
If creators are waiting on you, a banner tells you how much is sitting in escrow awaiting your approval, with a Review escrow link. That is money neither you nor they can use until you decide.
The three wallets behind your balance
| Wallet | What is in it | Can you top it up? | Can you cash it out? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Default | Your own money: top-ups and refunds | Yes | No |
| Credit | Bonus credit added by Ainfluencer | No | No |
| Escrow | Money held for a deal in progress | Not directly | It returns to you if the deal fails |
Good to know
The balance you see is your own money plus any credit, added together. When you pay for something, credit is spent first and your own money second.
A note on older payments
Payments made before August 2025 are under Older transactions on the same page.
Why this helps you
Having escrow, spend and refunds on one page means you can always answer the only question that matters: how much of my budget is committed, and how much is still mine to spend.
