Is There a Chance for Your Account to Be Permanently Suspended If You Violate the Terms Again?
Yes. A serious breach, or a repeated one after a warning, can end in a permanent suspension. The useful thing to know is how the steps run, because there is a point at which it stops being reversible.
How it escalates
A warning
You are notified by email, push and in-app, naming the guideline involved. Your account still works
A temporary suspension
You cannot send offers, chat or edit your profile. One appeal available
A permanent suspension
For a serious or repeated breach. Still one appeal
Important
Neither suspension expires on its own. There is no countdown that lifts it. It lasts until an admin reviews the account, and the way to start that review is to submit an appeal from your profile card. See the suspension timeframe.
The appeal

Open Profile and find the suspended account card.

Tap Appeal Suspension and read the reasons recorded.

Write your reason for appealing. This field is required.

Confirm the dos and don’ts, then tap Submit Appeal.
Important
One appeal per suspension. If it is denied you cannot appeal that suspension again, so write it properly the first time. A denied appeal also sends no notification: the card on your profile is the only place it appears.

Good to know
Treat a warning as the real intervention. It names the exact guideline, and acting on it is far easier than appealing a suspension afterwards. Almost every permanent suspension has a warning in front of it that was not acted on.
Deals you already have
Paid deals continue. If you have work already agreed and funded, deliver it as normal. A suspension does not void the escrow on a deal you were in the middle of.
Why this helps you
Suspensions are decided and lifted by people rather than by a script, which is slower than a timer and also the only reason a genuine misunderstanding can be explained and reversed at all.
