How Can I Set the Gender of My Influencer?
acmp-rewritten
You can set gender in two different places, and they do different jobs. One decides who your campaign is aimed at, the other narrows who you are looking at right now.
1. In the campaign brief
While building a campaign, one of the questions is Are you looking to work with influencers of a given gender? You choose Male, Female or All. This is saved on the campaign itself and shapes who the campaign is matched with.
2. In creator search
1
Log in and open Find Influencers.
2
Click Filters.
3
Set Gender along with any other filters you want.
4
Apply the filters and browse the results.
Search filters do not change your campaign. They change what you are looking at, which is what you want when you are picking specific people to invite.
Which one to use
| If you want to | Use |
|---|---|
| Aim the whole campaign at one audience | The campaign brief, so every creator who finds it knows |
| Shortlist people to invite today | Search filters, which you can change freely |
| Change your mind later | Both can be edited. The campaign setting is edited on the campaign |
Good to know
Gender is one filter among many. Combining it with follower count, country, category and quality score is what turns a long list into a shortlist worth writing to.
Why this helps you
Setting the audience at campaign level does quiet work for you. Creators browsing the marketplace self-select against it, so the offers that reach your inbox are already closer to what you wanted, and you spend your time negotiating rather than filtering.
