Can I Use the Same Email for Multiple Accounts?
No. One email address belongs to one account, and the same address cannot be both a brand and a creator. This page explains what happens in each case and what to do instead.
What happens when an email is already in use

Can one address be a brand and a creator?
No. An account is one type or the other, chosen at sign-up, and the type cannot be shared across one address. If you run a business and also create content yourself, you need two accounts on two different email addresses.

Brand accounts live on the web app and creator accounts live in the mobile app. Signing in to the wrong one is the usual reason people think their account is broken. See which app is for whom.
What to do instead
Want colleagues in the same brand account? Do not make a second account. Invite them as team members, each with their own login and their own permissions, inside your existing brand.
Want a genuinely separate brand? Use a separate email address. Each brand keeps its own profile, campaigns and wallet.
