What Should You Do If the Brand Is Unresponsive?
Contact us, and do it sooner than feels polite. A silent brand is not harmless: if nobody approves your delivery, the money goes back to them automatically.
Why a quiet brand is urgent
An unapproved delivery is refunded to the brand. About 10 days after you submitted a readable link, or as little as 3 days after the agreed publish date if the link could not be read. Nothing warns you first and your card keeps reading Published & Waiting Approval the whole time.
The thing that actually fixes it
An Ainfluencer admin can approve your delivery without the brand. That releases your payment. It is the concrete remedy for a brand who has gone silent, and it is why contacting support matters more than waiting.
Do these in order

Message them in the chat once more. Most silence is a brand who has not opened the app, not a brand refusing you.

Check your email, including spam. A brand disapproval is sent by email only and never appears in the chat, so what looks like silence is sometimes a decision.

Contact support through Settings, then Get Help, or [email protected].

Give us the brand and campaign name, the date you posted, the link you submitted and a screenshot of the offer card.
At which stage are they silent?

Important
Do not start creating before the offer is paid. If a brand goes quiet at the Waiting Payment stage and you have already filmed, there is no escrow to protect that work.
Good to know
Do not delete your post while a delivery is being looked at. The post is the evidence that you delivered, and without it there is nothing for an admin to approve.
Why this helps you
Admin approval existing at all is the backstop for this exact situation. A brand going quiet does not have to cost you the payment, as long as we hear about it while the money is still held.
