How Can You Track the Status of Your Deal Before the Delivery Date?
acmp-rewritten
You have two places to watch a deal: the chat for one deal, and the Scheduler for all of them at once. Most brands only know about the first.
1. The deal chat
The agreed delivery date is shown on the offer.
A countdown appears alongside it, so you can see time remaining at a glance.
Everything agreed and shared lives in the same thread.
2. The Scheduler, for everything at once
The Scheduler page in your dashboard is a calendar of your upcoming deliveries, with how many posts, stories and reels fall on each day, plus a list of what is coming.
| On each row | What it does |
|---|---|
| View Offer | Open the deal and its chat |
| Preview Campaign | See the brief the creator is working to |
| View Feed | Go to the creator’s account |
| Analytics | Performance once the post is live |
Good to know
If you are running more than two or three deals at once, the Scheduler is the page to keep open. The chat is for one conversation; the Scheduler is for your week.

Your money is refunded to you automatically
You do not need to chase the date yourself. The creator is reminded repeatedly, and if nothing is delivered your money comes back to you automatically.
Why this helps you
Escrow means waiting is never risky. Your budget is held rather than sent, it is released only when you approve the delivery, and it returns to you on its own if the work never arrives.
