acmp-rewrittenThere is one documented case where no fee is taken, and one way the rate genuinely differs. Neither is something you negotiate.
What this page used to say
Correction to an earlier version of this page. It said the commission is “only charged to influencers” and that “brands do not pay any commission”. Brands do pay a platform fee on every deal, from 25% on the Free plan down to 3% on Ultimate. The page also promised a commission discount for posting about Ainfluencer on your own channels. That is not a documented rule, so it is not stated as one here; ask support about any current promotion rather than assuming it.
Legacy balance. Money earned under the old system is withdrawn with no fee at all. It appears as its own row, Legacy balance, when you select deals to withdraw.
By payout method. The percentage is set by Ainfluencer per payout method, so PayPal and crypto can carry different rates. The withdrawal screen always shows the one that applies to you, as Ainfluencer Fee (X%), next to Offer Amount and You Will Receive.
Good to know
The percentage is frozen onto a request when you send it. So the figure you were shown at the moment you confirmed is the figure you are charged, even if the rate changes afterwards.
What is not a route to a lower fee
✕
Negotiating it because you perform well
✕
A particular content type or platform
✕
Asking a brand to pay it for you
For brands, there is a real lever
The brand-side platform fee drops with the plan: 25% on Free, 20% Starter, 15% Pro, 3% Ultimate. That is the one fee on Ainfluencer anybody can meaningfully change, and on campaigns of any size the saving usually exceeds the subscription.
If you think your fee is wrong
1
Open the withdrawal screen and read the percentage shown next to Ainfluencer Fee.
2
Compare it with what was charged on the payout in the Payouts tab.
3
If they differ, contact support with the payout and the date. A fee that does not match what you were shown is something we treat as a fault.
Why this helps you
Publishing one percentage that applies to everyone is the alternative to private deals, and it is the better one for most creators: nobody is quietly on worse terms than the person beside them.
