The dispute case
If the creator did deliver but the work does not meet the brief, there is no timer, because the system can see a delivery. Use Disapprove it in the inbox so our team reviews it. Those are handled case by case and the time depends on what has to be checked, typically a few days.

Do not approve a delivery you are unhappy with while you wait. Approving releases the money from escrow and cannot be undone.
