Secure Payments on Ainfluencer! How We Release Payouts to Influencers?

At Ainfluencer, we ensure that every transaction between brands and influencers is safe, transparent, and fully protected. Here’s everything you need to know about how our payment system works:

1. Payment Protection (Escrow System)

  • When you pay for a campaign, your funds are held securely in Ainfluencer’s escrow account.

  • This means the influencer does not receive the money upfront.

  • The payment will only be released after the influencer delivers the agreed work and all terms.

2. Step-by-Step Process for Brands

  1. Make the payment

    • Once you agree on a collaboration, you’ll be prompted to pay through Ainfluencer’s secure platform.

  2. Influencer delivers content

    • The influencer must create and publish the content exactly as agreed in your campaign terms (format, timing, caption, hashtags, etc.).

  3. Ainfluencer review & monitoring

    • Our system verifies the delivery.

    • We check that the post is live, matches your requirements, and remains published during the campaign duration.

  4. Funds release

    • Once everything is confirmed, Ainfluencer releases the payment to the influencer.

    • If issues arise, our support team will step in to mediate.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • If the influencer fails to deliver the agreed content, or if the campaign is canceled, your funds are not lost.

  • Instead, the money is safely returned to your Ainfluencer wallet inside the platform.

  • You can then:

    • Reuse the balance for another collaboration, or

    • Request a withdrawal (depending on payment method & policies).

  • This guarantees that your budget always stays protected.

4. What This Means for You

  • No risk of paying without results — influencers only get paid after they deliver.

  • Transparency at every step — you can track the campaign’s progress in your dashboard.

  • Dispute resolution — if an influencer fails to meet the requirements, your funds remain protected, and Ainfluencer assists in resolving the issue

5. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major payment methods including:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Stripe payment gateway

6. Our Guarantee

Your trust is our priority. By using Ainfluencer’s payment system, you ensure that:

  • Influencers are motivated to complete the collaboration as agreed.

  • Your marketing budget is safe.

  • Every transaction is backed by Ainfluencer’s secure escrow protection.

The step that releases the money
There is no automatic approval. Money is released only when the brand or an admin approves the delivery. If nobody approves, the deal fails and the brand is refunded on the timers above. Brands should approve from the inbox under Final Delivered Result rather than waiting for anything to happen on its own.
For brands: two things not refunded

If a deal falls through, the offer price returns to your Ainfluencer wallet. The platform fee and any content insurance charged at checkout are not refunded, and a coupon or credit used on the deal goes back to Ainfluencer rather than to you. Worth knowing when budgeting a campaign.

For brands: approving after a refund

You can still approve a delivery after the refund has happened, from the inbox. Doing so takes the offer price from your wallet again, so you need the balance for it, and the platform fee is not charged a second time.

A status label worth not misreading
Important
The brand side reads “Published” as soon as anything is submitted, and keeps reading it even after the deal has failed and is about to be refunded. The creator side reads Published & Waiting Approval the whole time. Neither label warns either side before a refund, so approve promptly rather than relying on the status to prompt you.
Why this helps you
Escrow is the part that makes a first collaboration with a stranger work in both directions: the creator knows the money exists before filming, and the brand knows it is not released until the content is delivered and they have approved it.
