Are Refunds or Dispute Options Available If the Influencer Fails to Deliver?
Yes, refunds are possible, but they are credited back to your Ainfluencer wallet rather than refunded externally. All funds in your wallet must be used for other campaign deals. If an influencer fails to deliver the agreed-upon content, you can raise a dispute, and our team will review the case. If the claim is valid, the funds will be returned to your wallet, allowing you to reinvest them into new campaigns.

Most non-delivery cases need no ticket at all. The refund is automatic, and it is the full amount of the deal.

They delivered, but it does not meet the brief. Use Disapprove it in the inbox so our team reviews it, rather than waiting for a timer that will not fire.
They submitted a link and it was still marked as not delivered. Send us the deal and we will check the submission record.
The post was taken down after you approved it.

Important
Do not approve a delivery you are unhappy with. Approving releases the money from escrow and that cannot be undone. Ask in the chat first, and disapprove if it is genuinely wrong.

Refunds always return to your wallet, never to your card, and the platform fee on the original payment is not refunded. You can spend the returned balance on any other deal.
