How Can You Change Your Email Address or Notification Settings?
acmp-rewritten
Two different questions with two very different answers. Notification settings you control yourself. Your email address you do not.
Changing your email address
The short answer
You cannot change your own email address on Ainfluencer. For security, email changes are made by our team. This applies to brands and creators, on web and in the app, and it applies even before your address has been verified.
If you have seen instructions saying to tap the pen icon in the app, or to edit it in Profile Details on the web, those do not work. The brand profile’s email field is greyed out, and the app refuses the change with The email cannot be changed here. Please submit a support ticket and an administrator will update it for you.
1
Contact Ainfluencer support.
2
Give them the address currently on the account, including a mistyped one.
3
Give them the correct address.
4
We update it, and if you were stuck before verification we can mark the account verified so you can log straight in.

Changing your notification settings
This part you do control. Notification preferences let you choose which updates reach you and on which channel, so you are not buried in email while still hearing about the things that matter, like a new offer or a delivered post.
1
Log in to the web dashboard.
2
Open the profile menu in the top right.
3
Choose Notifications and Emails.
4
Turn individual notification types on or off and save.
Good to know
If you are working inside another brand’s team, you cannot change that brand’s notification settings. You change your own, on your own account. That is a permissions rule, not a fault.
Important
Verification and password emails are always delivered even if you unsubscribe from everything else, because without them you could be locked out of your own account.
Why this helps you
The reason email changes go through a person is that your email is the key to your wallet. Campaign budgets sit in escrow until you approve a delivery, so whoever controls the address effectively controls real money. Notification settings carry no such risk, which is why they are entirely yours.
