How do you invite a team member to manage your campaigns on Ainfluencer?
Inviting someone takes about thirty seconds. There is no role to pick, because every member gets the same access.
Please read this first
Roles are not available yet. You may have read elsewhere, including on older versions of these help pages, that you can assign a Campaign Manager, Finance Manager or Analyst role with different permissions. That feature is marked coming soon in the product and is not live. Every team member you add today is an Admin with the same access as you, including payments and your wallet. Only invite people you would trust with your budget.
Step by step

Log in to the web dashboard.

Open the profile menu top right and choose Team Members.

Click +Add Member.

Enter the email address, or several using + Add More.

Click Send Invite.
What happens next

Important
Invitations expire after 7 days. After that the link shows This invitation is no longer valid, and you will need to click Resend Invite. Resending restarts the 7 days.
If their registration form gives an error
There is a known issue where a brand new invitee can hit an error on the registration form. The reliable workaround is simple: ask them to sign up normally as a brand at the usual sign-up page using the invited email address, verify it, and then click your invitation link again. Existing accounts are added to the team immediately.
Managing invitations
Resend Invite sends it again and restarts the 7 day clock.
Deleting a pending invitation frees the seat it was holding.
Copy Invitation Link lets you send it through chat instead of email.
Remove Member ends their access immediately, everywhere.
