How do you know if your post is successfully scheduled?
Open your Scheduler and look at the Scheduled tab. If the deal is there with its deadline, it is scheduled and the brand’s money is already in escrow.
What the Scheduler tabs mean

The thing that worries people most, and it is not a bug in your deal
A deal you have just submitted appears in none of these tabs. Waiting-for-approval deals are not listed in the Scheduler, so a submission is not lost just because the deal vanished from Scheduled and has not appeared under Published. Open the deal from your inbox instead: it will read Published & Waiting Approval.

How to check a deal properly

Open your inbox and find the chat with the brand.

Look at the offer card at the top. That label is the authoritative one.

Paid & Scheduled with a countdown means you still need to post.

Published & Waiting Approval means we have your submission.

Published & Approved means the money is on its way to your wallet.
Good to know
You will also get push reminders at 72, 24, 12, 6 and 3 hours before the deadline. Reminders sometimes keep arriving after you have submitted, which is a known quirk and does not mean your submission failed.
Why this helps you
Escrow is why the Scheduled tab is worth trusting: a deal appearing there means the brand has already paid and the money is held for you. You are not working on a promise.
