What Happens If You Can’t Reach an Agreement on the New Content Type Within the Chat?
Nothing dramatic happens. If a change is not agreed, the original terms simply stay in force and the deal carries on exactly as it was. That is the default, and it needs no action from anyone.
What happens when they say no

Your options if you still cannot agree
Go ahead on the original terms. Often the simplest answer, especially if the difference is small.
Keep negotiating in the chat. A message explaining why you want the change works better than another formal request.
Try one more revision, if you have not used both.
Let it run its course. If the creator does not deliver, the deal expires and your money returns automatically.
Contact support if you both want to cancel a paid deal cleanly.
Important
Do not simply stop responding. If a deal is paid and you go quiet, the creator may still deliver on the original terms, and they would be entitled to. Say what you have decided.
The deadline on changes
Once the creator submits the post link, change requests close automatically. After delivery there is no revision route at all: your options are the chat, and Approve or Disapprove. Agree any change before they post.
