Can You Request Changes If the Delivered Content Doesn’t Meet Your Requirements?
Yes, but what you can do depends on whether the content has been delivered yet, and the two situations use completely different tools. This is the thing most often got wrong.
Important
A revision request on Ainfluencer changes the deal terms, the price, date, duration or bio link, and it is only available while the post is still Scheduled. Once the creator submits the post link, revision requests are closed automatically. So a revision is not the tool for fixing delivered content.
If the content has already been delivered

Message them in the chat first. A missing hashtag or a wrong link is usually fixed in minutes, and most creators will happily edit a caption.

If it genuinely does not meet the brief, use Disapprove it in the inbox. That flags the delivery for the Ainfluencer team to review.

Do not approve it first. Approving releases your money from escrow, and that cannot be undone.
Good to know
Reach for the chat before the Disapprove button. Most problems are small and the creator wants to be paid, so they have every reason to fix it.
If the post is still scheduled: a revision request
Before delivery, you can formally change the deal with Edit on the offer, which sends a revision request the creator must accept.

Important
The error message about the limit says 4 requests even though the real limit is 2. That wording is a known bug. If you have used two, agree the change in the chat instead or contact support.
The best fix is upstream
Put your requirements in the campaign brief, not only in chat.
Send reference images before they film, see sending files in chat.
Repeat the must-haves in the chat once the deal is agreed: the hashtag, the link, the date.
