Can You Edit, Update, or Delete Your Review on Ainfluencer After Submitting It?
acmp-rewritten
You cannot edit or delete a review yourself once it is submitted. That is not quite the end of the story though, and there is something more useful to know first.
Reviews are checked before anyone sees them
A review you submit does not appear on the creator’s profile straight away. It goes to the Ainfluencer team first and only appears once approved. If you left a review and cannot see it on their profile, that is almost always why.

Good to know
Contact support. You cannot edit a review yourself, but our team can reset it, which lets you submit a fresh one for that deal. Tell us the creator and the campaign and what went wrong.
What a review actually asks for
| Part | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Performance | Stars. Did they deliver what you needed? |
| Communication | Stars. How clearly did they communicate? |
| Observance of agreed terms | Stars. Did they follow the date, hashtags and bio link? |
| Would you work with them again? | Yes or no. Private. It is never published and the creator never sees it |
| Public review | Free text, up to 5,000 characters |
Important
One review per deal. Take a moment over it, because you cannot revise it afterwards without asking us.
Where to leave one
In the inbox, on the deal, using Write a review.
On the Analytics page under Performance by Influencer.
The button appears once the deal is Published, Failed or Disapproved, and disappears after you have reviewed.
Why this helps you
Reviews are worth the two minutes. They earn you 10 brand score points each, and a higher tier ranks you better with creators. They also make the marketplace work: the reviews you read before hiring someone only exist because other brands wrote them.
