Once the Status of Campaign Changes to ‘Scheduled,’ What Are the Next Steps?

acmp-rewritten

Scheduled means the brand has paid and their money is held in escrow for you. From here there are three steps, and the last one is the one people do not expect.

The three steps
Step 1
Create and post
On your own account, by the agreed date
›
Step 2
Submit the link
Submit Post URL on the offer card
›
Step 3
Get it approved
The brand or an admin approves. This releases the money
The thing to understand about getting paid
There is no automatic approval. Payment is released only when the brand or an Ainfluencer admin approves your delivery. If nobody approves, the deal fails and the money returns to the brand. Delivering on time is necessary but it is not enough on its own.
Step by step
1
Read the Campaign Delivery Terms on the offer card: the caption, tags, mentions and any link in bio.
2
Ask the brand anything unclear, in the chat, before you film. One message prevents most disapprovals.
3
Publish on your own account by the agreed date.
4
Copy the direct link to the post with Share, then Copy link. Not your profile link.
5
Tap Submit Post URL on the offer card and paste it.
6
Message the brand to say it is live and ask them to approve.
Reminders you will get

Push reminders are scheduled at 72, 24, 12, 6 and 3 hours before your delivery date. They sometimes keep arriving after you have already submitted, which is a known quirk and does not mean anything went wrong.

Important
An Instagram story is not a readable link. Nor is a private post or a profile link. When we cannot fetch the post, your deadline is not extended by 7 days, so a late submission can fail within hours instead of days.
Where to check the status
Paid & Scheduled
You still need to post
Published & Waiting Approval
We have your submission
Published & Approved
Money moves to your wallet in about a minute
Failed
A timer ran out, or the brand disapproved

Check it on the offer card in your inbox. A deal waiting for approval does not appear in the Scheduler tabs, so its absence there is not a problem.

Why this helps you
Escrow means the money was committed before you picked up a camera. That is the whole point of the Scheduled stage: you are not working on a promise, you are working against funds already set aside.
