Is there a set timeframe for the suspension, or will it become permanent if unresolved?

acmp-rewritten

No, there is no set timeframe. A temporary suspension is not a countdown that runs out: it stays until our team reviews the account and lifts it.

What this means in practice
Nothing happens automatically. Waiting does not clear a suspension, however long you wait. The review has to be triggered, and you trigger it with an appeal from the app.
The appeal is the mechanism
1
Open Profile and find the suspended account card.
2
Tap Appeal Suspension.
3
Read the reasons we recorded for the suspension.
4
Write your reason for appealing. This field is required.
5
Read the dos and don’ts and confirm you watched the short video.
6
Tap Submit Appeal. The button then reads Appeal Pending.

Emailing support is not how a suspension gets reviewed. The appeal form is, because it puts your account, the recorded reasons and your explanation in front of the person who makes the decision.

What is happening to your account meanwhile
You cannot send offers.
The chat message box is hidden.
Profile editing is disabled.
After 48 hours, offers you had already sent are hidden from brands.
Paid deals continue. If you have work already agreed and funded, deliver it as normal.
Good to know
Follow up with support if your appeal has been pending more than about three business days. Before that, it is simply in the queue.
If your account is Archived instead

That is a different thing. Archived means we could no longer find that username, usually because it was changed or the account was deactivated, not that you did anything wrong. Email support with your current username and it can be restored.

Why this helps you
A suspension having no timer cuts both ways, and the appeal is the side that favours you: a genuine mistake can be explained and reversed the same week, rather than you serving out a fixed penalty for something you did not do.
