Why Can't You Connect Your Instagram or TikTok Account to Ainfluencer?

acmp-rewritten

There are five common reasons, and the right fix depends on which platform you are connecting.

1. The account is private, on TikTok or YouTube

TikTok and YouTube accounts must be public to be connected.

Important
This does not apply to Instagram. A private Instagram account connects perfectly well, because the direct message already proves you own it. If you were told to make your Instagram public to join, that was wrong.
2. Not enough followers, on TikTok or YouTube

TikTok and YouTube have a minimum follower count, normally 100. Instagram does not apply it.

3. The account is already connected to another login

One social account can belong to only one Ainfluencer login. You will see a message saying it has already been added by another user.

Good to know
If the account is genuinely yours, perhaps on an old login you no longer use, contact support with both email addresses. Accounts are never moved between logins without a proper check, so give us as much detail as you can.
4. The verification code was not found
Send the code as its own message, with no other text. Extra words are the most common cause.
Send it from the account you are connecting, not a different profile.
Use the newest code. Re-entering your username creates a new one and retires the old.
You do not put it in your bio. That method is switched off, see the verification code and your bio.

After two failed checks the app sends your account for manual review automatically. That is normal, not a failure.

5. You have hit the retry limit
Important
After 5 rejected verification requests you must wait 7 days before submitting another. Fix the reasons given before you try again, because another rejection uses up another attempt.
The rules are not the same on every platform

Two things that are not supported at all

Facebook and X cannot be connected. They appear only as places to share content, not as accounts you can add.

Why this helps you
The connection rules exist to keep one person from claiming someone else’s audience. They are the reason a brand can trust the follower count next to your name, which is ultimately what you are being paid for.
