Temporary suspensions: If your account is temporarily suspended, you’ll receive an email explaining the reason and the steps needed to restore access. In most cases, your account will be reactivated once the issue is resolved and you confirm compliance with our Terms of Service.

For example, if the suspension occurred because content was not delivered to a brand, it will be lifted as soon as the required deliverables are submitted.

Permanent suspensions: A permanent suspension means your account is no longer eligible to use the platform. While this is rare, some cases may still be reviewed upon request.
