How long will Your account remain suspended?

Account suspensions on Ainfluencer can be temporary or permanent, depending on the reason for the suspension.

Temporary suspensions: If your account is temporarily suspended, you’ll receive an email explaining the reason and the steps needed to restore access. In most cases, your account will be reactivated once the issue is resolved and you confirm compliance with our Terms of Service.

For example, if the suspension occurred because content was not delivered to a brand, it will be lifted as soon as the required deliverables are submitted.

Permanent suspensions: A permanent suspension means your account is no longer eligible to use the platform. While this is rare, some cases may still be reviewed upon request.

The thing to know first
A temporary suspension has no end date. It does not expire on its own after a set number of days. It lasts until a member of our team reviews the account and reactivates it, and the fastest way to start that review is to submit an appeal.

How to appeal

Open Profile and find the suspended account card.

Tap Appeal Suspension.

Read the reasons we have recorded.

Write your reason for appealing. This is required.

Read the dos and don’ts, watch the short video and confirm.

Tap Submit Appeal. The button then reads Appeal Pending.
Important
One appeal per suspension. If it is denied, no further appeal is possible for that suspension, and you will not get a notification about the denial: the card on your profile is where it is shown. Check there rather than waiting for an email.
Good to know
If your appeal has been pending for more than about three business days, contact support and ask them to chase it.
Suspended is not the same as archived

If your card moved to an Archived tab instead, that is a different thing: it means we could no longer find that username, usually because it was changed or the account was deactivated. Email support with your current username and it can be restored.

Why this helps you
