How to Set Up Your Payout Methods?
Add a payout method before your first deal completes, so there is nothing to set up when you want your money. It takes about a minute.
What this page used to say
Correction to an earlier version of this page. It said the options are PayPal and Stripe. Stripe payouts are switched off in the app. The options are PayPal or a crypto wallet. The page also said funds are held in escrow for up to 7 days after delivery, and there is no 7-day rule: money is released when the brand or an admin approves, and nothing releases automatically.
One PayPal and one crypto method can be saved at the same time

Adding PayPal

Open the app and go to Profile, then Wallet.

Under Choose Your Payout Method tap Add PayPal Account.

Enter your PayPal email.

Tap Link PayPal Account. It then shows PayPal with a Connected badge and a pencil to edit it.
Adding a crypto wallet

In Wallet, tap Add Crypto Wallet.

Choose a currency, USDT or USDC.

Choose a network: BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), Ethereum (ERC20), Solana or Tron (TRC20).

Paste the wallet address. It is checked against that network’s format, so a mismatched address is refused rather than silently accepted.

Tap Save Crypto Wallet.
Good to know
You can save one PayPal and one crypto method at the same time and pick between them per withdrawal. Saving again replaces the old one of that type.
Requesting a payout

In Wallet, select the method with its radio button.

Tap Submit Withdrawal Request.

Select the completed deals you want to withdraw. Only deals showing Payment Released appear.

Check Offer Amount, Ainfluencer Fee and You Will Receive.

Tap Request Withdrawal. Track it in the Payouts tab.
What to expect
Every payout is paid by hand by our finance team. Nothing is sent automatically.
The app shows the 1st and the 15th, and up to 5 business days to arrive. That is the team’s working schedule, not a system rule.
There is no minimum withdrawal amount.
The fee is frozen onto the request when you send it.
For crypto you get a transaction hash on the payout, which you can copy and look up on the network’s explorer.
Important
A request keeps the address it was sent with. So if you notice a typo after sending one, editing your payout method is not enough: contact support straight away so the open request can be rejected before it is paid.
If a request is rejected, the reason is shown under Details, the money stays in your wallet and the deal returns to your withdrawable list so you can request again. There is no cancel button in the app, so ask support if you need one stopped.
Why this helps you
Payouts being reviewed by a person is slower than an automatic transfer and it is also why a wrong address can be caught before the money leaves. For crypto you get a hash you can verify yourself on chain.
