How to Approve or Reject Content Submissions?
After a creator delivers, you decide whether it meets the brief. That decision is what releases your money from escrow, so it is the most consequential button in a deal.
Where to find it
Approval happens in the inbox, and only in the inbox. The Contents library shows you everything that has been delivered, but it has no approve or disapprove button. If you are hunting for one there, that is why.
How to approve or disapprove

Open the Offers tab and go to the deal.

In the chat you will see the delivered content, and Final Delivered Result in the sidebar with a preview.

Review it properly, including the live post if there is one.

Click Approve it or Disapprove it.

The delivery is accepted and the money is released from escrow to the creator

The delivery is flagged for the Ainfluencer team to review

Good to know
If something small is wrong, ask before you disapprove. A message in the chat usually fixes a missing hashtag in minutes. Disapproving is for a delivery that genuinely does not meet the brief.
If you do not decide
Leaving a delivery unreviewed does not make it go away, and it holds up the creator’s payment for work they have done. It also costs you: responsiveness feeds your brand score and your standing with creators. Review deliveries as they arrive.
Why this helps you
Escrow is what makes this fair in both directions. Your money is never sent until you have seen the work, and the creator knows the money is really there before they spend a day filming. Neither side has to trust the other on faith.
