When Is the Setup of a Brand Account Considered Complete?
acmp-rewritten
Your account is ready to use as soon as you have answered two questions. Onboarding shows eight screens and the progress bar makes all eight look required. They are not.
The short answer
Only the business name and the location are required. The moment you have answered those two, onboarding counts as complete. If you close the browser right there, the dashboard will open normally next time you log in.
The eight screens, and which two matter
| # | Screen | Required? |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | What is your business name? | Required |
| 2 | Where is your business located? | Required |
| 3 | How large is your company? | Optional, has a Skip button |
| 4 | Select a category | Optional |
| 5 | Preferred social media platform | Optional |
| 6 | What type of influencers do you need? | Optional |
| 7 | Upload your brand logo | Optional |
| 8 | What would you like to achieve? | Optional, up to two |
Good to know
There is also a Start Exploring Influencers button at the top of the optional screens, shown as Skip Onboarding on a phone. It takes you straight to creator search.
How to tell you are finished
Two reliable signals:
You reach the screen that greets you by your business name, with Create Your First Campaign and Start Exploring Influencers.
Logging out and back in takes you to the dashboard rather than back to onboarding.
If logging in keeps returning you to onboarding, one of the two required answers is missing. The app resumes at exactly the question it still needs.
What completing it unlocks
| You can now | Notes |
|---|---|
| Search and filter creators | Free, with no card on file and no limit on looking |
| Create a campaign | Paid collaboration, gifting or affiliate |
| Invite creators directly | Your business name and logo are what they see |
| Receive offers | Creators apply to your campaign and you choose |
Why this helps you
Ainfluencer asks for two answers rather than a long form on purpose. Your business name is what creators see on every invitation, and your country is what lets us match you with creators who can actually reach your market. Everything beyond those two improves your results but should not stand between you and your first campaign.
Changing your answers later
Everything you set in onboarding, required or optional, can be edited at any time from your profile page. See how to update your brand information. The one exception is your email address, which only our team can change.
