How to Pay Influencers from Your Wallet?
acmp-rewritten
Paying an offer is how you accept it. The money does not go to the creator: it goes into escrow and stays there until you approve the delivery.
How to pay
1
Open the Offers tab and the deal.
2
Check the terms: price, delivery date, duration and bio link.
3
Click Pay in the chat header.
4
Pay from your wallet balance, or top up first if it is short.
5
The deal becomes Paid and Scheduled.
Important
Paying is your acceptance of the offer. There is no separate Accept button for brands. If the terms are not right, click Edit before you pay, not after, see editing an offer.
Where your money actually goes
Step 1
You pay
The amount leaves your wallet
›
Step 2
Escrow
It is held, not sent. The creator can see it is funded
›
Step 3
They deliver
You review the post or the files
›
Step 4
You approve
Only now is the money released to the creator
If the delivery never arrives, the deal expires two days after the date and your money is refunded to your wallet three days after that, automatically.
Good to know
The balance you see is your own money plus any credit, added together. When you pay for something, credit is spent first and your own money second.
If the date is too close
If the delivery date is less than 24 hours away or has already passed, a pop-up asks you to set a new one before you can pay. The new date must be at least a day ahead. It saves immediately and the creator is told in the chat.
Keeping track of it
Your Payments and Billing page shows where everything is: total spent, held in escrow, paid to creators and refunded to you, with a transaction list you can filter by status.
Why this helps you
Escrow is the single most useful thing about paying through the platform. The creator knows the money is really there before they spend a day filming, and you know it cannot leave until you have seen the work. Neither side has to trust the other on faith.
