Can a Shopify User Have a Regular Account on Ainfluencer Platform?
Yes. Connecting Shopify is entirely optional. You can run Ainfluencer as an ordinary brand account and never connect a store, even if you sell on Shopify.

Good to know
Neither route locks you in. A regular account can connect a Shopify store whenever you want, and a Shopify-connected account can still run campaigns that have nothing to do with your store.
What connecting a store actually gives you
Your products are imported, so you can build a campaign around a real product instead of describing it by hand.
AI pre-fill. Choose a product and Proceed with AI fills in the campaign title, description, countries, gender, hashtags and product type from the product itself, and copies up to nine product images as campaign content. Skip AI and Continue is there if you would rather write it yourself.
Affiliate programs. A connected store is what lets you set per-product commissions and run an affiliate campaign where creators earn a share of the sales they drive.

Why this helps you
The reason to connect is time. Building a campaign from a product takes a couple of clicks instead of writing a brief from scratch and uploading images one at a time. If you are only running one campaign, the manual route is perfectly fine, which is exactly why connecting is optional.
Things worth knowing before you connect
You will need your permanent .myshopify.com address. In Shopify it is under Settings, then Domains.
A store that is already linked to another Ainfluencer account cannot be connected to a second one.
Once a campaign is built from a specific product, the product cannot be swapped later. Create a new campaign for a different product.
Uninstalling the Ainfluencer app in Shopify removes the connection and switches its products off.
