The first way to get content from the influencer is to ask them to send it through the chat on the platform. Here’s how it works:

1. Ask the influencer to upload the content into your chat.
2. Once the content is uploaded (similar to WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Skype), go to the bottom right corner of the video.

3. Click on the three dots, and select “Download” to save it to your computer.

The second method is to wait until the post is in “Published” status, meaning the influencer has submitted it and it’s live. Here is how it works:

1. Go to chat with the influencer.
2. Find a green “Published” status on the top right.

3. Head over to the right panel, and scroll down to see the campaigns.

4. Find your campaign, click on the content, and a pop-up with the content will appear.
5. Right-click on it and click the “download” button.

All collaboration content with influencers is stored in your content library. Here’s how you can access them:

1. Head over to the top right corner menu and from there find “Content.”

2. Once you’re in your content library, you’ll see all the videos or images that influencers have created for you.

3. In the bottom right corner of each piece of content, there’s a download button.

4. Click on the content and see an exclusive blue button for downloading it.
