How to Send Photos and Videos Over Chat?
You can send images, videos and files to a creator in the chat. This is how you hand over reference material, brand assets or content you want them to post.
How to send them

Go to the Offers tab and click View Offer.

Open the chat with that creator.

Click the share icon next to the message box.

Choose what to send. You can select several items at once.

Send.

Important
Contact details are blocked or hidden before payment. Email addresses and phone numbers in messages are filtered until the offer is paid, unless your brand is on the Ultimate plan. This is not a fault and it is not aimed at you: it protects both sides from deals moving off-platform where escrow cannot protect anyone.
What is worth sending
Reference images showing the look you are after. Far more effective than describing it.
Brand assets, a logo file, a product shot, the correct packaging.
Existing content you want reposted, if your campaign is a post of your own material.
A short brief document as a PDF, when the campaign is complex.
Good to know
Send the references before they start filming, not after. Almost every revision request exists because something was not shared early enough.
Why this helps you
Everything shared in the chat stays attached to that deal, so when you come back in three months you can see exactly what was agreed and what was handed over. That record is also what protects you if a delivery is ever disputed.
