How Can Brands Create a Campaign?

acmp-rewritten

A campaign is the brief creators read before they send you an offer. Building one is a guided wizard, one question per screen, and you can stop and come back at any point because every answer is saved as you go.

First, pick the campaign type
TypeWhat it meansNote
Paid CollaborationYou pay a fixed fee for the creator to make and post contentThe most common choice. Minimum $10 per creator
Affiliate CampaignYou pay a commission on each sale the creator drivesNeeds a connected Amazon or Shopify store and a card on file first
Product Gifting and SeedingYou send a free product in exchange for a postRequires an active subscription
Paid collab + AffiliateBoth togetherMarked Coming Soon and cannot be selected yet
Building a paid collaboration
1
Click New Campaign, then Paid Collaboration, then Let’s Go. A draft is created immediately.
2
Say whether your products are on Shopify or not.
3
Answer the brief, one screen at a time: what you want creators to do, what size of creator, gender, whether you ship products, countries, language, how long the post stays up, bio link, categories, hashtags and who may send you offers.
4
Write the title and description, or use Use Templates or the AI writer. See how AI is used.
5
Pick the platforms and post types: Instagram Feed, Story or Reel, TikTok Video, YouTube Video.
6
Upload at least one image or video. This is the step that actually submits your campaign.
7
Add a short description of your brand. You will then be offered the chance to fund your wallet, which you can skip.
Important
Your campaign is not submitted until you save the upload step with at least one file. Until then it stays a Draft and creators cannot see it. This is the single most common reason a brand thinks its campaign has disappeared.
What happens after you submit
StatusWhat it means
DraftStarted but the upload step is not saved. Invisible to creators. We email you a reminder after 24 and 72 hours
Pending ApprovalSubmitted and in our review queue. Still invisible to creators
ApprovedLive on the marketplace. Any invitations you queued now go out

Every campaign is reviewed by the Ainfluencer team before it goes live. If you invited creators while building it, those invitations are held and sent as soon as the campaign is approved.

Useful limits to know
Content: at least 1 file, up to 10. Images JPG, JPEG or PNG up to 8 MB. Videos MP4, WEBM, MOV and similar up to 100 MB.
Caption: up to 2,200 characters and 30 hashtags. Contact details are not allowed.
About your brand: up to 1,024 characters.
Post duration: if you set a specific one it must be at least 4 hours.
No end date. A paid collaboration stays on the marketplace until you pause or delete it.
Why this helps you
Funding your wallet is optional at this stage and nothing is charged to create a campaign or to receive offers. You can publish a brief, collect offers from creators and negotiate before you commit a single dollar, which is why building a campaign is a low-risk way to find out what your budget can actually buy.
