Getting Started

acmp-rewritten

Everything below is for a brand setting up on Ainfluencer. If you are a creator, start at creating an influencer account instead.

The short version
Step 1
Campaign live
After compliance review
›
Step 2
Offers and invites
Negotiate in the inbox
›
Step 3
Brand pays
Into escrow, not to the creator
›
Step 4
Creator delivers
Posts, then submits the link
›
Step 5
Brand approves
This releases the payment

Nothing is charged until a deal is paid. Joining, searching creators, creating a campaign and negotiating are free on every plan.

1. Create and verify your account
Important
Choose your email carefully. Changing it after signup is not something you can do yourself. See changing your email after signup.
2. Create your first campaign
Important
A campaign must pass compliance review before creators can see it. Build it whenever you like, but allow for the review if you have a launch date. Campaigns waiting for review count toward your plan’s campaign limit; drafts do not.
3. Find creators
Good to know
Filter on country first. It is the most common reason an otherwise ideal creator is wrong for a campaign, and it decides who can receive a shipped product.
4. Fund your wallet and pay a deal
5. Approve the delivery
The step that releases the money
Nothing is released automatically. Money leaves escrow only when the brand or an Ainfluencer admin approves the delivery. If nobody approves, the deal fails and the brand is refunded: about 10 days after a readable post link, and as little as 3 days after the agreed date if the link could not be read.

Pick a plan on the fee rather than the feature list. Going from Free to Ultimate takes it from 25% to 3%, so on campaigns of any real size the fee saving is the larger number. See the pricing tiers.

Why this helps you
The one habit that matters most from day one is approving deliveries promptly. It protects creators from an automatic refund, and it decides which of them accept your next invitation.
